5. Modern Farmhouse with an Excellent Exterior

Local Designer Jennifer Horn is known for her stunning works with landscapes and architecture, and her Kensington Farmhouse build was no different. Featuring a two-tiered front-walkway leading up to the front door, and an exterior that’s absolutely to-die for, the house is breathtaking and displays everything you’d ever want in a title like Modern Farmhouse.
